For many of us, the road to reaching our fitness goals can seem long and daunting. Knowing where to start can be a challenge, not to mention how to maintain our efforts once the initial momentum has worn off.

This is where personal training comes in. Working with a PT can bring you obvious benefits around ensuring that workouts are tailored to your health needs and fitness goals, as well as being safe for the individual. These however, are only the basics: for me it's about being a part of my client's fitness journey - offering encouragement, expertise, motivation (and sometimes just a sensitive ear) throughout.

Who is my coaching for?

My mission is to provide you with a personal and friendly experience. I am here to support and to push you to get the most out of our sessions, but without you feeling intimidated! For me, personal training isn't just me 'telling' you what to do: it's about working together to educate and motivate you towards long-term and sustainable benefits. I aim to make sessions fun and varied to ensure you always have something new to look forward to and don't get tired with the same old routine. As we work together, we'll get to know each other and I'll quickly learn what motivates you - adapting my training style accordingly. Personal training with me is exactly that...personal!

I'm based in Barnsley (just off J36 of the M1) and would love to welcome you to my personal fitness studio, where you will be able to relax in a safe environment, train with a variety of equipment and enjoy the time away from the stresses of daily life.

In addition to my 1-1 personal training, I also offer a Buddy Bootcamp where you can come along to sessions with a friend and split the cost between you.

I also offer an online training programme, featuring a user-friendly app for personalized workouts and regular check-ins, ensuring you stay motivated and on track to achieve your fitness goals.
